Welcome to Fang & Bone. We're so glad you're here!

By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. We’ve kept things straightforward—just like our hands-free dog carriers.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York

1. Ordering & Payment

Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed in the order they’re received. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. Prices are listed in USD.

2. Preorders

From time to time, we may offer select items for preorder. If you order a preorder item, your card will be charged at checkout, and the estimated ship date will be listed on the product page. You’ll receive updates from us along the way, including a shipping confirmation when your item is on its way.

If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order will ship when all items are available to ship unless we are notified from you otherwise.

3. Shipping

We currently ship within the U.S. and to select international destinations. Standard and expedited options are available at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number.

International customers (when available), are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Shipping times may vary by destination and carrier.

4. Returns

We’re happy to accept returns on items that are unused and in original condition. To be eligible, your item must show no signs of wear — including stains, rips, pet hair, or other signs of use. For hygiene and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns on items that appear to have been “test driven.” Please also ensure your return includes the original packaging.

To start a return, email us at team@fangandbonenewyork.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns.

Please note: Preorder items and international orders (when available), are final sale unless damaged or defective.

5. Product Info

We’ve designed our products with care, but colors, textures, and materials may appear slightly different in person due to lighting or screen settings.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including product designs, images, logos, and text—is the property of Fang & Bone New York. Please don’t use or reproduce any of it without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to ensure everything runs smoothly, but we can’t be held responsible for damages or losses resulting from the use (or misuse) of our website or products.
